ZULA'S RETURN POLICY

We at ZULA are committed to providing you with high-quality clothing that exceeds your expectations. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. To facilitate this process, we offer a straightforward return policy.

NOTE:

For items on sale, ZULA. Fashion does not provide refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.

For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. In case you only want to exchange one of the items, please only return the one that you want to exchange and keep the other one.

RETURN PERIOD: We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS:All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

RETURN COSTS: Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 10 days before the refund is visible on your bank.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS


Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within the 14-day return window.
Please include the original invoice or proof of purchase with your return.


Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at INFO@ZULAFASHION.COM to request a return authorization.
Securely package the item(s), including the original packaging and any accessories.
Clearly indicate your return authorization number on the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.


Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

EXCLUSIONS

Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
